1.Slider part: the slider part consist of the slider, the fuel tank and mechanical block fine-adjust structure. Slider stroke length can be adjusted. To those short work piece, they can be adjusted by mechanical slider, so that it can significantly improve efficiency. The left and right cylinders are fixed to the frame, and the piston makes slider do the up and down movement by a hydraulic system.
2.Table parts: Working table is controlled by the button box which in front of the working table. The motor drives the gear rack to move back and forth , and the digital displays the distance of moving. The front and back position have switch limit.
3.Gauge parts: Gauge has motor driving. Two screw driven synchronously by sprocket movement. Counter displays the block size, and you can manually fine-tuning.
4.Synchronization System: The machine consists of torsion and arm which make the mechanical synchronization mechanism. It has simple institutional , reliable performance, and high synchronization accuracy.
Main features:
1. Totally steel welding structure. Internal stress eliminated via vibration aging, with good strength and stability.
2. Rate of flow from servo proportional valve, and data from electronic meter, together control the sliders Y1&Y2 synchronous movement.
3. Slide repetition accuracy is 0.01mm, the bending angle is 0.5 º
4. Slider low and fast speed switch position and up limit stop position are sensed by grating ruler, and which feedback to computer and then adjust.
